A giant, mosaic 'Z' for the legendary Seattle restaurant, Canlis and one of their Guest Chef Dinner Series meals. The invited guest was James Beard award winner Chef Michael Solomonov of Zahav. Solomonov's favorite Israeli ingredients are exploding from this traditional pattern inspired 'Z.' The resulting meal was an amazing family-style wine and spice feast that I will remember for a very long time. Art directed by Dana Tanamachi and screenprinted by Broken Press.
